For the Fog Switch there are many posts on wiring different switches.
Fog Light Alternative
There are also a couple of threads about where to plug in the Fog Relay. I didn't have any trouble finding mine. I bought it at Pep Boys for $5 and apparently they can be found at most auto-parts stores.
So on to the actual installation of the lights:
Tools Needed:
Phillips Screwdriver
Sockets: 10mm, 12mm
Socket Wrench
Something to cut the bumper with (I used a Dremel)
Parts List:
2 Fog Lights
2 Fog Light brackets (left and right)
8 self tapping screws (I used "8-18x1/2 Pan Phillips Self Drill" from Lowe's)
First you must remove the front bumper. Refer to the JDM Headlight Install if you don't know how:

Now that you have removed the front bumper, place it somewhere you can set it face down. I used some bubble wrap to pad the license plate and it held it upright pretty well.
1. Wipe off the areas where the fog lights will go and you will be able to see some dotted lines.

2. Cut along the dotted line with something. I used a dremel with the drill attachment. It worked pretty well and then I could clean it up with the sand wheel attachment.

3. Drill or cut out space for the inside fog light cover mounting screw. I decided to just cut this portion out because you won't be able to see it when the cover is on anyway (and I couldn't find any markings where to drill...)
After I finished one side:
4. Now it is time to install the brackets. I installed them without the lights. It doesn't really matter either way. I used screws I got at Lowe's :
8-18x1/2 Pan Phillips Self Drill
The tips fit perfectly into the whole so that the threads grabbed nicely without stretching the plastic. When mounting the brackets, the holes didn't line up perfectly, so I had to push the plastic mounts a little as I went along.

5. Now it is time to re-install the bumper. After you do this you can install the lights unless you did before you put the bumper on. They attach to the brackets with three screws. The other hole is where the adjusting screw is. Now that the lights are installed you should test the lights to see if they need to be adjusted.
I adjusted mine some and I actually think that I need to adjust the passenger's side some more because it is shining too high.
