You need to sleeve the engine no matter what with forged pistons because of stock FRM sleeves(it's generaly accepted, though I've never heard any proof of this)
I don't really know where this post came from since we're talking specificly about a mechanical rebuild. PureLude already has a Hondata ECU upgrade, he's pretty much in the clear there.
