I ordered the pistons directly from SRP/JE. The price was around $570.00 without the rings. In stock, sent right away. The JE pistons have sharp edges where the valve reliefs were cut into them. I'll be sanding those down Endyn style before I put them in the engine.
The Crower rods I ordered from Summit because I thought I would get them faster. They ended up sending me H23a rods first and taking them back, then they sent me Acura LS 1.8l rods (is there even such an engine?), before drop shipping the H22a rods directly to me from Crower. It took 2 months to get them. The cost was about $650.00 for those. I still have the Acura rods. Anyone want them?
