Ya i've read the reviews and all that sound wave bull****, but they don't show a diagram of how it's made...
Because if the inner piping doesnt have any openings in it other than where the filter is,the outer, larger diameter, piping doesn't serve any purpose (ie. no suction) but to 'look' bigger.
right?
Or is the smaller piping mounted so that it's sort of 'floating', but doesn't attach where the outer piping connects to the smaller piping? If that makes sense...
