I have a ZEX kit and have been using a 55HP shot on a stock engine. No turbo, only intake and exhaust. Everything runs fine, and I\'m on my 3rd bottle.
Do you really want to pay $7/lb to spray down your intercooler? Save up the cash and redo your exhaust or cat, that would be a better use of money.
Anyway, you can get the parts from ZEX to make it a 25-30 HP shot, and I would do that even with a turbo. Keep in mind that although the engine will be putting out more power, it will have a significantly reduced intake air temperature. That should help with lowering the chance of knocking.
Finally, if you do use it to spray down the IC, then I think you should go with compressed CO2 instead since it is cheaper, and will serve the same purpose.
