I'm not so sure turboing a Type-S is what you want to do. Type-s motors are going to be harder to tune (11:1 cr), and as a result, may have you running less boost than a run of the mill H22a. I don't know anyone that's turboed a type-s before. The power would probably be great if you had superb engine management, but I would think getting there is going to be costly.

Anyway, to answer your question, a kit is going to consist of tubing, exhaust manifold, turbo, wastegate, bov (maybe), couplings, and a few other odds and ends. There is nothing on the outside of the motor that makes a type-s any different from other h22a's, except the intake (which you won't be using anymore), so anything should fit on there just fine.
