My car is in the shop right now getting a tranny swap but my mechanic is telling
me that the 4th gen tranny will not fit on my 5th gen because of the mounts not
lining up. I've asked a couple of members and few shops that the 4th gen tranny
should be a straight swap on non SH 5th gen.
I went to the shop today and he showed me that it does not line up. I dont have
the actual picture of the tranny itself but I got a picture off yahoo and edited it
to show which bolts i'm talkin about.
can anybody help? is this not possible or i need to buy a conversion mount ?
