black'n'white & KahnBB6: That has always been completely incorrect. The Kit for the Prelude was NEVER carb legal. The only carb legal kits that I know of are for the civic B16. The prelude kit has never had a carb EO and it never will. Greddy was pursuing it for over 5 years and they will not continue to do so for a kit that sells 1/20 of what their other kits do.
The SH does not work with it becaue the DP is longer and ATTS is in the way. As for the 99-2001 models, the ECU was changed so the piggy back (not emanage as some one thought) will not operate with it correctly. That is why those are excluded.
