Hey sorry for not responding to this earlier. I do still have the shocks, but I can't remember if the bump stops were cut or not (it's been forever since I had those H&R's).
The drop was pretty low so if I had to guess I'd say they were cut... I won't be back in Cali till February to look at them in person but I can have my bro check on them one of these weekends when he's home. Shoot me a PM if I haven't posted back here in a week or so.
