I have a 92 Prelude factory service manual- the same the Honda shop mechanics use. I could scan and send some of the diagrams/directions if you want them out of the manual. There are a couple of diagrams I see which may help you out accessing the cable reel and steering wheel disassembly. If you want to email me for more specifics so I can set you up you can hit me at kmfarrell14@yahoo.com.

To everybody: I know it costs more than Helms or others, but the factory service manual is pricey but worth every penny. It has all the assembly/disassembly diagrams, wiring diagrams, troubleshooting flowcharts, etc. That book is the Prelude Owner's Bible and has helped me (and others) in so many ways. If you work on Preludes you can't live without it!
