Anyone know how to get the 'Cruise Control' cover off right side of steering wheel??

Hello, I need to check out my cable reel since my SRS light is on and my horn and cruise control are not working. I got the torx screw off on the left side under the cover, I got the cover at bottom of steering wheel off, unplugged the airbag..etc.., yet I can't seem to get the cruise control cover off, tried prying it and looking for a way to get it off, alas cannot seem to find a way. I even have my new Helm's manual in which it doesnt give too much detail except labelling it as a cover that comes off, unless there's something I'm missing this sucker won't come off! I'm assuming the other torx screw is under it!

if anyone knows, tell me

thanks!
