so i was talking to Jeff evans online and he gave some really good info. if u r run n a wastegate w/ no dump tube or a dump tube that is too short and not routed under the oil pan, u will loose some HP. in some cases as much as 90whp. with cars with no dump tubes or short ones, when the wastegate opens up, exhaust gases gets released into the engine bay compartment. the turbo then sucks this air in that is low in oxygen content. the result is a loss in hp. by just place n a waste gate dump tube which was routed under the oil pan and facing towards the rear of the car, Jeff evans gaind 90whp. something u turbo guys should look into.

he also said that u can still loose HP even if u have the dump tube facing straight down by the ground. its best to have it facing the rear of the car and under the oil pan
