headliner rattle
I had some headliner rattles/clicks, and it turns out for me it was the adhesive on the edges where it touches the metal/glass. I went to the fabric section of WalMart and got a set of sticky backed felt (<$1) which I cut into small strips and pushed up around the edges. I've used that in various cracks in the car, it works like a champ for the most part.
I tried pulling the headliner out once, but that little clip in the center I couldn't get loose and I didn't want to break it. I might have to check out some of the writeups mentioned. (I was looking in the Helms at the time)
