I had a lot of rattles that I fixed by removing the headliner and using duct tape for all of the wiring. There are many pieces of tape there from the factory that were loose and causing the noises. I also put some large felt squares between the headliner and the wires. You will be able to find a lot of things you can do to quiet it down once you remove the headliner.
