well i was thinkin since you wanna rig the cutout to open when vtech engages id say get some fuel management and tune it as you would regulary just close regular exhaust on primary lobe then when vtec opens its diff fuel and timimg and such so its all the same tune its late and im tired but hopefully this makes some kind of scence summin it up one tune just reg then open cutout for vtec tune
