2. Yes, though you'll be looking at race motors. They will be rare and far inbetween as no one wants to give away secrets.
3. i. Just make sure (if you want optimal gains) you run around 12-18" of 2.5" tubing off of it or else you'll loose a ton of torque down low.
FYI: Almost ALL the gasses will head down the ECS if you put it before the cat.
