I replaced my windshield once and the alignment of the molding with the body wasn't perfect. Just be sure to test the installation, you should not hear any whistling inside the cabin while at highway speeds. Also test for water leaks by pouring water around the molding and looking for water dripping inside the cabin near the kickpanels.
