The way that the VAFC works is that it lies to the ECU and the engine. It takes the manifold pressure signal and the VTEC signal and modifies how it sends it, (Pressure signal), or when it sends it, (VTEC signal). You must splice the stock harness wire back together again to return to stock. All of the splicing should have been done at or near the ECU.
