I'm doing mine every 3k miles and a new filters. If you drive less than 5 miles everyday, it is really hard on the oil and engine.

BUt if I still had my lude, I would suggest every 5k and check oil levels often if you VTEC a lot.

P.S. PepBoys was selling calendars for $1 and gets 50% off of Mobile 1 and I bought 3 cases of 6 One quart bottles

, and where do I sent to get my oil tested? They specifify how much and what kind of container?
