No, the boost increases with RPM, not exhaust flow, and the ratio is fixed, where exhaust flow changes with engine load.
You get all the disadvantages of turbo and superchargers in one lame package!
Waiting for "spool" (boost increases with RPM, and not linearly.) If you size it for boost off of idle, you'll overrev the supercharger or blow the engine at high rpm.
Parasitic drag from driving the supercharger.
