The quality of the Cobalt rotors is equal to the Brembo. Except the Brembo will rust. The Cobalt has a special coating on it that will not come off which will prevent rust.
In addition to that I couldn't find Brembo for the rears. So I have Cobalt rotors fronts and rears.
