same exact symptoms when my clutch pedal was just out of alignment, all I did was adjust to the specs in the shop manual and hasn't happened since, about 3 months. sorry, I would just scan that page and post it, but I can't even figure out how to make my pics work yet on this web site.work fine on others though. lol. It only takes half hour to adjust so why not try.
