This will sound silly, but have you checked all the bolts on your transmission? There is a bolt that holds the reverse idler gear in place that has the potential to fall out. If this happens, you can lose all your transmission fluid. This would cause your gears to stop working while the engine is running. If it was one or two gears, I would say it's your synchros, but all gears at the same time is either a clutch problem, or an internal friction problem (no oil). Good luck
