I did this fix too, it was really easy. Unfortunately it didn't help me much. I noticed that going over small bumps is quieter now but I still hear the knock over bigger bumps. I also did the TSB 090 (I think) fix awhile ago and that help a bit too. Don't know, probably have to live with the knock for as long as I have my car.

and did you insulate all 10 holes?
