Fuel pump is done

BUT I'M LEAKING AT THE FUEL RAIL!!!
Just pressurized the system and I've got a tiny leak in the top of the fuel rail banjo fitting. Looks like the leak is at the seal between the washer and fuel rail. I installed the larger washer on the bottom just as instructed I torqued it to 16 ft lbs (per Helms), saw the leak and wrenched it some more...still leaking.

All the washers look flat, nothing looks out of alignment and the banjo fitting has plenty of clearance without hitting anything.

Any ideas?

Edit: Shark, I just read your thread about this problem you had too. I'm going to first check for clearance to see if its the lip on the rail (like yours). If not, I'll try even more torque...just worried about applying too much. Maybe I should just take it appart and do it again.
