Yes, but not much. The A/C system works to cool the coils in the blower path. By blowing air past it faster you'll be exchanging heat from the air you're putting past it into the coils and the A/C system. By doing this you make the compressor work harder. It's not much, though, when you consider the draw of the A/C system and what difference the increased rate-of-exchange is.
This is the same reason that the MAX or RECIRC setting is "easier" on the system.
