Yes they do compared the JDM H22A and the USDM H22A1. You can not do the h23/vtec on the h22a4 unless you locate a JDM H23 off the base model 5th gen, don't really see many of those, but i have see one or 2 posted up on ebay.

What? You mean JDM F22B DOHC. There ws no H23 in Japan. All 98+ motors have the larger journals, even JDM
