In a few words-NEITHER. The substructure of a 5th gen is strong enough as is. You will be better served if you can find an upper bar like the Spoon and a stiffer sway bar like the Neuspeed or Progress. We have the Neuspeed 25mm sway bar and the car is much more predictable and corners flatter than stock. Happy Luding-save your money for real mods
