Greddy Banjo bolts where you don't have to tap oil pan *more info?

Anyone got more info on this like picture where i can get it. Is it like a Y adapter one end is for the oil line while the other is block of oil?

The bolt must be at the bottom of the oil pan right? Then it won't be safe right since over a period of time the bottom of oil pan might get clog and such and no oil to the line will cause *blown, something breaks, am i right ?

Just looking at taking down the oil pan is a long job to added to the turbo install thing, trying to firgure out a plan before i do it to the car.
