umm i would cute teh harness running form the h4 into the high, and splice that into the h1., and remove his "switch".
Really i have a feeling that, the h4 bulb will burn out. the h4 bulbs on civic only use one filiment at a time, when you do that to the h4 in a jdm one peice, both are running...
