The CLOCK/RADIO fuse is for backup power only. The car will still start and run, but won't "remember" anything when you turn it off and back on again. You just did my OBD2 workaround everyone's trying.
If you don't have OBD2 (can't remember what's in your sig) then you don't have to worry... I don't think it's even attached to the ECU.
