1) Stock rears are 2 ohm, your pioneers are probably 4 ohm
2) Stock rears have mics built in and are part of the total AFBS system including their own AFBS amp in the trunk. If you get rid of the stock rear speakers, then you need to get rid of the stock rear AFBS amp as well. Aftermarket speakers don't work correctly with it.
