i would leave it at 75psi. at 75 you're between 12.0 and 12.5:1 throughout that graph, you have good gas, and a j&s.
what kind of peak fuel pressures are you getting at 80psi? have you run it at 70psi? i wouldn't be entirely surprised if there is very little difference in the actual amount of fuel being delivered between 70 and 80psi static because the flow rate of the pump is dropping like a rock past 100psi.
that wideband setup ROCKS. i am tempted to get it and a vafc for my s2k just to amuse myself!!!!!!
