If it were me, I would not lower the pressure anymore. 12.83:1, IMO, is starting to get on the lean side. If it were me I would bump up the static pressure 1 or 2 psi and check the a/f again. With the higher octane available to you, and the the J&S in place to alert you of any problems, I would think you are going to be ok.
Do you have vtec set around 4k rpm? That's what it looks like from the graph. You will go leaner when the high cam lobes kick in.
I want your wideband setup.
