your going to have to get it checked.
if your lucky you bent a few valves
but there are so many parts you could have broken/bent (valve guides, springs, rods, etc etc etc).
if your mechanically inclined you can take the head off yourself (not too hard) and take it to a machine shop and have them check it out.
the cheapest way i found to fix this (when i bent my valves) was to just buy a new head ($450) and slap it on. sold my old head for $300 so it wasnt too bad.
