Replacing valve seals

I need to replace my valve seals. I'm burning incredibly too much oil, and it isn't the rings cuz my compression comes up perfectly fine.

Am i going to hafta pull the head to get the valve seals?

The way it looks in the helms, if i keep the valve from fallin in the cyclender, i should be able to pull them off.

Just wondering if any one knew before i did something stupid.
