ur drop (~2") and stiff settings definitely didn't help the longevity of the shocks, plus having 4 ppl riding sure does stress it out even more. My advice is to get a set of "taller" springs, or get Koni yellows instead of another set of KYB's since they're not menat for extreme drops.
FYI- I'm riding on Neuspeed Sports and KYB AGX's(mostly set on 2) and it's fine for over 2 yrs. now.
