I built my own H22 header.
You'll need:
Exhaust flange (You can cut the flange off your current header, if you want)
Schedule 40 gas piping in bends that you want *
www.mcmaster.com search for 'butt welds'.
A turbo inlet flange for the type of turbo you're putting on.

You'll also need a wastagate flange if you plan on an external wastegate setup.
Then all you need to do is cut and weld the piping up.
