$400 for mostly inspection and fluid flushing is too much money as it is. Most of this stuff is relatively easy as it is. Unless this is your first car and you dont even know howto change your oil, i'd do it myself. If you got a helms manual, just go thru the recommended maintenance schedule, and you should be fine. Most of the stuff that is done at 30k is merely to check to make sure things are going smoothly for your car. 60k and up is where you start replacing things.
