winter evening; cold, dense air

I have been generally disappointed with my low end power since I put the JRSC on, specifically below 3k rpm. Everyone with a manual tranny is having trouble keeping traction in first. Not me.

Tonight, however, was the first really chill night here in the Bay Area. I decided to take the lude out for a night spin, and wow, what a world of difference. It pulled much harder tonight below 3k. I'm still not having a traction problem (I don't expect to with my SS tranny), but there was definitely an improvement in the fun factor in the low rpm range, and I was still running last-green-led on my J&S a/f meter set to its narrow resolution. I'm just running this thing pig, pig rich. I've got to get that wideband.
