Also this link:http://www.theoldone.com/components/blower_pulleys/ shows that there can actually be 2 PULLEYS put on. If I do one of these is it 9lbs boost? Or both of them?? If its more, then is it 12lbs of boost with them both roughly??

We recommend that only a single pulley be used on non-modded blowers.
The blower needs to be modified if you want to boost higher than 9 psi. The heat generated at boost levels higher than 9 psi can cause premature failure of the blower, whcih can in turn send pieces of the rotors into the engine causing lots of damage.

If you plan on running 9 psi, replace the passenger side jackshaft pulley, not the blower pulley. Replacing the blower pulley requires a smaller pulley, and that will reduce the surface area contacted by the belt, increasing the chance of slippage.

Also when swapping out the pulleys do we need to get different size belts too?
You will not need a different belt with the replacement jackshaft pulley. I don't know if you would need a different belt if you replaced both, but I doubt it.

I will probably be doing 440cc injectors
A good choice for 6 psi. I personally would not feel comfortable with 440s for 9 psi on stock internals. However, I'm not certain if larger would be necessary for it.

Yeah,yeah,yeah....... on the injectors already!
