are you sure about that??? cuz i had a Sony HU in there for a year before adding new rear speakers. when i got the rear speakers though, i just plugged them in still utilizing AFBS--hence giving me more bass. i just recently bypassed it (or should i say, Joon did the bypassing ) and it gives me a much clearer sound, but at the expense of less bass.
