i would think, for purposes of the survey, that if you have mods and your tranny HASN'T failed, you put it in as "not failed," because it's safe to assume it wouldn't have failed on a stock car. if, on the other hand, you boost or run nos or street race or whatever, and your tranny fails, you can't vote for "it failed," because in all likelihood you killed it yourself.
